Law Enforcement Background

With over 16+ years in different aspects of law enforcement, I've observed and been a victim of discrimination, retaliation and reprisal, and also profiling. I developed this non-profit along with the other two co-founders to develop the necessary resources to help combat this overwhelming divide between the public and law enforcement.
